BF Racing South Pacific Marine Group driver Andrew Torti has claimed a strong 2nd place podium on debut, during Round 1 of the 2026 Monchrome GT4 Championship at the Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit.

Torti and co driver Lachlan Evennett had to overcome strong competion from many Supercar level drivers and also contend with wild weather all weekend at the southern Victorian circuit.

Monochrome GT4 Australia will welcome a brand new entry in 2026 with teenage sensation Lachlan Evennett and gun Am driver Andrew Torti entered for the full season behind the wheel of a Toyota Supra GT4 EVO 2.

The pair, who met racing Formula Ford together in recent years, will tackle the Silver-Am class with highly esteemed Australian motorsport outfit BF Racing.

BF Racing South Pacific Marine Group driver Andrew Torti has completed a strong start to his 2026 Formula Ford campaign with 2 race wins and a round victory at Round 1 of the Victorian State Formula Ford 1600 championships, at Sandown Motor Raceway in Melbourne.

Torti now leaves Melbourne leading the championship.
